Returns Policy
The first return / change of the product is completely FREE from all over Greece within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In case the parcel needs to be returned for the second consecutive time, the courier costs are borne by the customer.
You are not charged with transportation costs, as long as you use the transport companies "GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI" tel: 210 4851100 with which we cooperate.
For the return / change of products you can contact us either by e-mail at info@pabloz.gr, or by phone at 210 2223095. pabloz.gr will process the request for return / change of your order and will block the product that you have chosen for your change. Then call the transport company to pick up your product from the address you have stated. Please do not use a shipping company of your choice, as you will incur shipping costs. We would also like to draw the attention of our customers that, for reasons of organization of the Returns Department, if there is no prior communication in one of the above ways, then there is a high probability that your product will never arrive. A necessary condition for the return / change of products is that they are in their original condition complete and without damage. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without removing the labels) and with all the shipping documents (eg Shipping Receipt, Retail Receipt, etc.). The shoes must be tested in clean floor or carpet, as to accept the return the sole must not be soiled. The shoe box should also be adequately protected on return so as not to be damaged in any way. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The reasons why you can return a product are:
1. Change in Size, Color or Design
Any first Product Change in Size, Color or Design is completely FREE from all over Greece as long as it is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You can just send us an e-mail at info@pabloz.gr or call 210 2223095 and you will not be charged any cost at all.
2. Is there a manufacturing defect or is it a different design than the one you ordered.
Our company during the process of execution of orders, carries out a thorough inspection of the products, in order to ensure their excellent quality. In the rare case that you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, or even if you receive a product other than the one you ordered, you can easily and simply follow the above procedure to Change in Size, Color or Design completely FREE.
3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If you did not like it, or in the rare case that you did not find something else to change it, or during the change you did not find the number and color you wanted, you have two options:
a) After the return process, as soon as we receive the product, we send you a DISCOUNT COUPON with the entire amount of your purchase to use it within 6 months. So we essentially credit to your Account the amount of your purchases for future use.
b) In case you wish a refund, your money will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of your order or the completion of the product return process, deducting the shipping cost (5.00 € for return).
